BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING

PAYMENT
- Full payment is required before I begin work.
- All prices are in euro, please convert currency before sending payment.
- Payment is done through Paypal or MBWAY (Portugal).
REFUNDS
Refunds are given if either:
- I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.
- I have not yet begun your commission, and a time frame of 2 months or over has passed since you have fully paid for your commission.*
- Any commission cancelled after I have started lining does not qualify for a refund.

REVISIONS, WIPS AND
POST-COMPLETION EDITS

I refuse to alter anything that is not part of my art style
or emulate/mimic someone else's art style.
- You will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed/changed, removed or added or if I'm allowed to continue;
- You will be allowed only up to 2 free edits, any edits after will be charged. Please make sure to compile every edit into a single message to avoid extra charges;
- Anything I missed from the given information will be changed free of charge;
- I am not responsible for faults resulted in information you do not provide to me;
- Any edits post sketch (lines, colors/markings, etc), will cost a fee. Fee will depend on what you want redrawn/fixed/recolored. It is the commissioner's right to refuse this fee. If the fee is refused then it is my right as an artist to refuse doing the edits;
- Any major color/markings edits requested from me using a SecondLife/VR Chat/Shaded/Painted reference that was provided by the client without a clear, flat colored palette will be charged a 10% fee of the piece's total.
Please compile all edits you'd like into one single message.
Both my manager and I aren't responsible for any missed edits
if it has been lost in conversation.This will also prevent spamming.
COMMISSION TIME FRAME
I try to get commissions done from 2 weeks to 2-3 months, certain situations may arise and delay this time-frame.*Deadlines are acceptable as long as I'm warned beforehand and a rush fee will be applied.- Gentle reminders every now and then are acceptable, hounding me or my manager, however, is not.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use.This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, badges, tattoos, etc.You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me.

THINGS THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED
- Using my artwork for commercial purposes
(making money off of it by any means)
- Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your own
- Removing my watermarks/signature
- Editing/altering the artwork itself
(without my permission first)
I have the right to post your commission wherever I please, on any social media I own
to promote myself/my art.However, I will always properly credit
the commissioner for their character.If you want your commission to be private
(sent directly to you and not posted anywhere)
I will charge a 25% privacy fee.
You may repost my art to any other website
AS LONG AS PROPER CREDIT / LINK TO MY WEBSITES ARE GIVEN.
